For brands
See what your resellers charge for your products
Add each reseller's store to VantageDash by its web address. It reads their listings, pairs each one with the same product in your own store, and shows where a reseller sells below the price on your own store, so you see it without opening every store yourself.
Free for 3 competitors and 50 products, then $19 a month for 10 competitors and 200 products or $49 for 25 and 500.
An example
Whey Protein Isolate, Vanilla, 2 lb
Your store: $42.00. Reseller: $37.80. The reseller is 10% below your price.
How it works
Step 1
Add your own store
Enter your store's web address and VantageDash reads your products and prices from it. You can also add products by hand.
Step 2
Add each reseller
Enter each reseller's web address. VantageDash works out how the store is built and reads the listings it shows publicly. A competitor on Toast, or one that blocks automated visits, is read on paid plans. Your own store is read on every plan.
Step 3
Check the pairs
Resellers usually keep your product names, so matching by name pairs most listings on every plan. A reseller may list a flavour, size or bundle you do not sell; pairs VantageDash is less sure of are suggestions, and a pair you remove is not offered again.
Step 4
See where they sell below your price
The Comparison page puts each reseller's price beside the price on your own store, per item when pack sizes differ.
Step 5
Hear when a price moves
Set how large a price change has to be, for all products or for one, and get an alert by email, Slack, Discord or webhook after the next price check. Each listing's price history is kept, so you can see when a price changed.
What it does not do
- It does not enforce a minimum advertised price or contact resellers for you. It shows you the prices; what you do about them is up to you.
- It reads web stores, not Amazon or other marketplaces.
- It does not find your resellers for you. You add each store you want to watch.
- It does not track whether a reseller has a product in stock.
Questions
How much does it cost to watch resellers' prices with VantageDash?
VantageDash is free for 3 competitors and 50 products, then $19 a month for 10 competitors and 200 products or $49 for 25 and 500. Summit is $199 a month for unlimited competitors and products. Every account starts on the free plan with no credit card, and you can change or cancel your plan in Settings.
Which reseller stores can VantageDash read?
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Square Online, Ecwid and custom-built shops, for your own store and for your competitors. If a shop shows its prices publicly, VantageDash can usually track them. A competitor on Toast, or one that blocks automated visits, is read on paid plans. Your own store is read on every plan. On any plan you can also add the products you care about by hand.
Is it legal to watch what resellers charge?
Yes. VantageDash only collects publicly available pricing, the same information any customer sees by visiting your competitor's website. This is standard competitive intelligence practice used by businesses of all sizes.
