VantageDash vs Pricefy
Pricefy is a price monitoring and repricing tool with a free plan, and it includes automatic product matching and competitor discovery on every plan. For a small shop it is the closest tool to VantageDash, and it does more: it reprices, monitors MAP, and refreshes prices every day even on the free plan. VantageDash has a $19 plan where Pricefy goes from free to $49, covers more of your products for the same money, and does not count how many competitor pages it watches.
Pricing side by side
Pricefy is priced by number of products, with a separate limit on how many competitor product pages are watched. Prices are 25% lower billed yearly. VantageDash is priced by how many competitors you track.

Where Pricefy is stronger
- Their free plan covers 5 competitors and refreshes prices every day by itself. Ours covers 3, and you start each price check yourself, up to 5 a month.
- Unlimited competitors from $49. At the same price VantageDash covers 25.
- Repricing from the $99 plan and MAP/MSRP monitoring from the $189 plan. VantageDash has neither at any price.
- Larger catalogues: 2,000 SKUs at $99 and 15,000 SKUs at $189. VantageDash tops out at 500 below the Summit plan.
- A longer track record with merchant reviews to read, and marketplace analysis, which VantageDash does not have.
Where VantageDash is stronger
- There is a step between free and $49. VantageDash's Basecamp is $19 a month for 10 competitors and 200 products.
- At $49 VantageDash tracks 500 of your products. Pricefy's $49 plan tracks 100 SKUs.
- Pricefy counts every competitor product page it watches, 45 on the free plan and 500 on the $49 plan, and its help pages call that the limit you usually reach first. VantageDash limits your competitors and your own products, and does not count the pairs between them.
- Per unit price normalisation is built in, so a 100 pack and a 1,000 pack are compared per unit rather than per listing.
The one thing we do not do
VantageDash monitors and alerts. It does not change your prices for you. Every tool on this page offers some form of automated repricing, so if moving your own prices automatically is the job you are hiring for, buy one of them.
Which one should you pick
Choose Pricefy if
Shops that want their prices changed automatically or MAP monitored, that watch a long list of competitors, or that want a free plan which refreshes every day without being asked.
Choose VantageDash if
Shops with a focused set of competitors and goods sold in packs or cases, who want more of their catalogue covered at $19 or $49 and are happy to change prices themselves.
